At Redrum Records, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sound; if your vinyl or gear isn't hitting the right note, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure items are in their original packaging and condition to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the specific order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Records

  Carefully secure the items in their original mailer or a sturdy equivalent to prevent warping or sleeve damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the media, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5 to 7 business days.
